YWA is an open and independent place where companies can get help from the best advertisers in the world. Agencies post their communication needs and creatives compete with their ideas or profiles to get the projects. Besides, vendors are available to produce those ideas. We took the project from inception to completion, including branding, communicational pieces and website. Because of the multi-target nature of the project, it was important that branding and communication addressed both young, talented professionals as well as renowned executives. It was essential to provide a global trendy fresh aesthetic, an easy-to-use online platform, which could develop a high sense of belonging as well. Moreover, the correct functionality across devices was fundamental. We really enjoy going along with start-ups in their creative and communicational processes because we feel really that we identified with this kind of client.
